Construction II (Basic Motor Control)
This program is designed to provide apprentices with the skills and knowledge to complete their Intermediate Trade School and a good working knowledge of basic motor control.
This program covers:
- Motor Control Symbols
- Ladder diagrams
- Basic Motor Theory
- Commercial Blue Print Reading
- PLC logic control
- Variable frequency drives
This program has a large component of hands on labs, a project and a final exam. Students must achieve a 70% average to pass the program.
