UPDATED : A message from Coughlin regarding COVID-19
Dear Valued Members,
As the status of the COVID-19 outbreak continues to change and evolve on a daily basis across Canada and the entire world, we at Coughlin wish to reinforce our commitment to you throughout this difficult time. As your pension and benefits administrator, we want to assure you that while our physical offices may have closed temporarily, our mandate to provide you with the essential services relied upon remains the same.
To date, we have taken numerous steps in mobilizing Coughlin staff behind-the-scenes through telework while maintaining a skeleton staff on-site, so that your foremost needs remain tended to. Claim submissions, customer service requests and general inquiries can be performed electronically through email, in addition to the usual methods of mail or fax. We are working to reinstate our phone service as quickly as possible amid our building closure. In lieu of this, we have established department–specific email addresses so you may reach your desired Coughlin team as efficiently as possible.
How to submit a health and/or dental claim:
Walk-in and drop-off services have been suspended until further notice.

We want to inform all clients and plan members of Coughlin’s immediate plan of action as it relates to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) global pandemic.
Effective immediately, we have restricted access to the building at 466 Tremblay Road. As such, members who wish to drop off a claim will be able to do so but will not have access to the reception area. A table and secure drop box have been set up in the front entrance foyer. See attached Claims Instructions poster.
