Big thanks to everyone who made it out to the 2019 Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival! IBEW 586 had a great day, taking home the cup for “Building and Development (Open)” It took many dedicated paddlers and volunteers to make this victory possible. Special shout out to Brother Benoit Masionneuve for getting us ice and Brother Rich Bowie who was back and forth between the OPC Baseball tournament and the Dragon Boat Festival.
